Why You'll Love It!

ABOUT YOUR TOUR : Meet your private local chauffeur-guide at your hotel address in central Paris. Start the day with a drive to the Champagne region and through vineyards. Enjoy a moment in the vineyards with breathtaking views of the UNESCO world’s heritage vines of Champagne. Furthermore, acquire knowledge of the particularities of our “terroir”. Visit an authentic family-run winery and learn more about the process of making Champagne. Discover the beauty of owning a small business in this sector and the values behind this activity.

POST LUNCH: After lunch break, you will then discover the village of Hautvillers, birthplace of Champagne. Get to enter the church where the famous monk Dom Pérignon is buried. Then, we will reach the area of Reims to visit one of the two most important wineries in the region : Pommery ou Taittinger. If our schedule allows time, we’ll get to the gorgeous cathedral of Reims before we head back to Paris.

LOCAL INSIGHT : There will be one staff member that will accompany you and your party on your day-trip to Champagne who will be your chauffeur and your guide.
