A Paris hotel pool is one of the city’s best-kept luxuries. After a morning exploring museums or an afternoon in the summer heat, slipping into a beautiful indoor pool or relaxing in a hotel spa can be the perfect way to slow down. And you don’t always need to book a room to enjoy one.

Can you use a hotel pool in Paris without staying there?

Yes. While many luxury hotel pools are reserved exclusively for guests, a growing number offer day passes, spa packages or external access by reservation. Here are some of the best options to consider.

1. Brach Paris: Best luxury hotel pool day pass

In the 16th arrondissement, Brach Paris offers one of the clearest options for non-guests. Its €160 day pass includes access to the indoor pool and jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, Himalayan salt cave and fitness facilities.

Best for: A full luxury wellness day.

2. Shangri-La Paris: Best for a Parisian palace experience

The 17-metre indoor pool at Chi, The Spa is filled with natural light and opens onto a terrace. External guests can access the pool and spa facilities through daily packages, with or without a treatment, subject to availability.

Best for: A sophisticated spa experience in a former palace.

3. Bloom House: Best boutique hotel pool

Near Gare du Nord, Bloom House’s Bloomy Spa has an 18-metre indoor pool, sauna and treatment rooms. The spa is explicitly open to external visitors by reservation, making it an appealing choice if you want a stylish wellness break without booking a room.

Best for: A relaxed, contemporary atmosphere.

4. Molitor Paris: Best iconic swimming pool

Few Paris hotel pools are as famous as Molitor’s. The historic pool complex in the 16th arrondissement is particularly appealing during summer, when visitors can combine its rooftop, dining and pool experience. Access for non-hotel guests varies by package and availability, so advance booking is essential.

Best for: An iconic Paris summer experience.

5. L’Hôtel du Collectionneur: Best for a discreet spa escape

This elegant 8th-arrondissement hotel has a 17-metre heated indoor pool, sauna and hammam. The hotel currently restricts the pool itself to hotel guests, but its spa offers access to external visitors for €30 per person per hour.

Best for: A quiet spa experience near the Champs-Élysées.

Which Paris hotel pool should you choose?

For a full day pass, Brach is one of the easiest choices. For palace-style luxury, choose the Shangri-La. Bloom House offers a more approachable boutique experience, while Molitor is the standout for its history and iconic setting.
